Millennium Oak

Millennium Oak is a natural material coming from trunks that have slid underground due to landslips of the wood over ground and have remained coiled up and protected by layers of ground of different nature, that’s they’ve been preserved for years, maybe eons, by nature, and when recovered they had changed their own nature to turn to a new and unexpected but natural beauty.

The anaerobic ambient has inhibited the development of micro-organisms, so protecting and isolating the trunk and halting the natural process of slow degradation. This process give to the material a chromatic range always different, unique and unrepeatable, that is not a flaw, but represent an exclusive value. Fossil oak has been added to the Multilignum collection by Zampieri Cucine and is available on any model that offers this collection of veneers.
